Grip struct plank is a plank or grating with a crocodile mouth-shaped hole punched out on the metal plate through CNC punching process. It is named because its hole shape resembles a crocodile mouth.
The materials mainly include ordinary iron plate, stainless steel plate, aluminum plate, etc. Different materials have different characteristics. For example, ordinary iron plate is relatively low in price, stainless steel plate has strong corrosion resistance, and aluminum plate is light in weight.
The process is usually punched by CNC punching machine, and then formed through shearing, bending, welding and other processes. The iron plate can also be hot-dip galvanized for rust prevention.
